As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the development process. You will engage in designing, building, and deploying software that leverages AI capabilities throughout its lifecycle. Your work includes ensuring that the software meets high standards of quality and compliance while continuously refining development and operational practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration and innovation are key as you contribute to evolving how AI-driven software is engineered and maintained in a production environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components seamlessly into software products.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and software performance in production environments.
- Document development processes and share knowledge to support team growth and project continuity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development.
- Experience with cloud-based AI model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of AI-native software engineering principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with software quality assurance and compliance standards in AI applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model integration and performance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development.

- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
