We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team.
The role involves lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, client acquisition and relationship management in the broking and financial education business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, conduct offline & online meetings.
- Contact prospects and explain our services.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain good client relationships.
- Assist with client onboarding and coordination.
- Maintain lead and client records.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Broking, Financial Services or Education.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of stock markets is an advantage.
- Candidates from Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai preferred.
