Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensure accurate financial records, and handle statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, TDS, GST, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, journal entries, and vouchers.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Handle monthly PF and ESIC calculations, challans, returns, and employee-related compliance.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, PF and ESIC.
- Prepare and verify GST returns, TDS returns, and statutory payment records.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely payments/collections.
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.




- Prepare reports required by management and support decision-making with accurate financial data.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support internal and statutory audits and provide required schedules/documents.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
- Hands-on experience in PF & ESIC compliance is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in Payroll and statutory deductions.
- Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation, AP & AR.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Manufacturing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliances, Engineering, or related industries will be preferred.
