Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, references, channel partners, and direct sales.
- Handle leads from enquiry to site visit, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely conversion.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor individual team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for lead generation and project promotions.
- Stay updated on Gurgaon real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer requirements.




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Candidates with a strong network of brokers/channel partners will be preferred.
