About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking, financial services, customer success, or client relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and relationship growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Support onboarding and guide clients throughout their journey.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Preferred Background

- Experience in Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, Financial Services, EdTech, or other service-based industries.
- Proven experience in client retention, relationship building, and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
