About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and quick-learning Product Specialist to demonstrate, train, and support users of our software applications. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring they get maximum value from our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations for clients and users.
- Provide training and hands-on support for our software applications.
- Guide users in understanding and utilizing product features effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Travel to client locations for approved meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Collect user feedback and contribute to product enhancements and improvements.
