We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Financial Literacy Coach to educate students, working professionals, entrepreneurs, women, and the general public on essential financial concepts. The coach will conduct workshops, seminars, training programs, and mentoring sessions focused on money management, banking, savings, investments, credit awareness, insurance, taxation, and financial planning.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, practical financial knowledge, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Education

- Conduct Financial Literacy Workshops and Awareness Programs.
- Deliver classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions.
- Educate participants on:
- Personal Finance
- Budgeting and Saving
- Banking Products & Services
- Credit Score & Credit Management
- Investment Basics
- Mutual Funds and SIPs
- Stock Market Fundamentals

Student & Participant Engagement

- Mentor participants on financial decision-making.
- Conduct Q&A; sessions and practical case studies.
- Evaluate participant understanding through assessments and quizzes.
- Provide guidance on financial goal setting.

Content Development

- Prepare training materials, presentations, and workbooks.
- Develop educational content for workshops and social media.
- Update training content according to current financial regulations and market developments.

Outreach & Business Development

- Coordinate with schools, colleges, corporates, NGOs,



and community organizations.
- Promote financial literacy programs and workshops.
- Support franchisees and training partners in delivering programs.

Reporting

- Maintain participant attendance and performance records.
- Submit training reports and feedback analysis.
- Track program outcomes and improvement opportunities

Required QualificationsEssential

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or related field.

- M.Com
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
- NISM Certifications
- NCFM Certifications
