● Oversee end-to-end tour operations ensuring smooth execution of itineraries and services.

● Manage daily operations including bookings, confirmations, departures, and on-tour coordination.

● Lead and supervise the tour operations team, ensuring productivity and service quality.

● Coordinate with Sales, Ticketing, Visa, and Accounts teams for seamless tour delivery.

● Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, transporters, guides, and other vendors.

● Negotiate rates and monitor vendor performance to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.

● Handle operational escalations, guest concerns, and emergency situations effectively.

● Monitor operational costs and ensure profitability of tour packages.

● Implement SOPs and improve operational processes for efficiency.

● Track performance metrics, analyze feedback, and submit operational reports to management.
