1. ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a diligent QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance department at our Bhiwadi facility. The

ideal candidate will handle in-process inspection and colour matching across shifts, ensuring product quality is

maintained in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 requirements. This is a new position created to support

the ramp-up of the new Bhiwadi plant, and the role requires filling two positions.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle shift-wise responsibility for in-process inspection and colour matching.

- Carry out documentation of IATF records as per quality system requirements.

- Apply working knowledge of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards in daily QA operations.

- Conduct testing activities including MFI, filler content, density, and moisture analysis.

- Perform colour matching with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

- Maintain explicit and effective communication across shifts and with cross-functional teams.





- Use computer systems for data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.

- Support internal and external quality audits with accurate documentation.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Mandatory Qualifications

- Graduate, along with a Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic/Polymer from CIPET, or a B.Tech in

Plastic/Polymer.

- Thorough knowledge of colour matching and in-process inspection is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a plastics / polymer manufacturing QA environment.

- Sound knowledge of testing parameters such as MFI, filler, density, moisture, and colour.

- Good communication skills and thorough knowledge of computer systems.

- Age group: 25-30 years.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
