Job Type: Full-time | Site-based

We are looking for an experienced Total Station Surveyor to support surveying, setting-out, alignment and level control activities across our building construction projects in Mangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out accurate surveying using Total Station, Auto Level and other surveying instruments

- Establish and maintain project grid lines, reference points and benchmarks

- Perform setting-out for columns, foundations, walls, structural elements and other building works

- Check and verify coordinates, levels, verticality and alignment

- Conduct surveys at various stages of construction and identify deviations

- Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers and execution teams

- Transfer survey data and coordinates from approved drawings to the site

- Maintain survey records, benchmark details and setting-out documentation





- Carry out as-built surveys wherever required

- Ensure proper handling, calibration and safe storage of surveying equipment

Candidate Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / relevant qualification in Surveying or Civil Engineering

- Hands-on experience operating Total Station equipment

- Positive understanding of coordinates, levels, benchmarks and construction drawings

- Experience in multi-storey residential/commercial building projects preferred

- Ability to independently carry out setting-out and verification works

- Good accuracy, attention to detail and site coordination skills
