We are looking for a Product Manager to support customer experience products with a focus on billing, licensing, usage analytics, and product capabilities. The role will work closely with customers, engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

- Own product initiatives from ideation through execution and launch.
- Define product priorities based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Identify gaps in existing billing and licensing capabilities and develop solutions to address them.
- Define product requirements, features, and priorities.

Billing & Licensing

- Drive billing, licensing, provisioning, and usage measurement capabilities.
- Develop a robust understanding of customer experience licensing and billing models.
- Partner with technical teams to improve usage metrics, billing visibility, and license management.
- Support solutions that provide customers with predictable billing and better visibility into usage.

Customer & Market Insights

- Work directly with enterprise customers and partners to understand business needs and pain points.
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis.




- Use data and market insights to guide product decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Engineering, UX/Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Support go-to-market activities, product adoption, and post-launch improvements.
- Communicate product strategy and requirements across globally distributed teams.

Required Qualifications

- 2–5 years of Product Management experience.
- Strong understanding of product billing and licensing models.
- Experience with provisioning, licensing, or subscription management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data pipelines, data modeling, APIs, or finance-related systems.
- Background in Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, CCaaS, or CPaaS products.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and partners.
- MBA or advanced business/technical education is a plus.
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering and business teams.
