Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote (Noida/Pune Locals Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design a modern, intuitive, and enterprise-grade AI Interviewing Platform.

You will work closely with the founder and development team to design user experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and enterprise administrators.

Responsibilities

- Design complete user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platform
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design recruiter dashboards, candidate interview screens, reports, and admin panels
- Build a consistent design system and reusable UI components
- Ensure excellent usability across desktop and responsive web
- Simplify complex AI features into intuitive user experiences




- Collaborate closely with React developers during implementation
- Review implemented screens and maintain design consistency

Required Skills

- Figma
- Wireframing and prototyping
- SaaS / enterprise dashboard design
- Responsive web design
- Design systems
- User journey and workflow design
- Strong understanding of up-to-date UI/UX principles

Experience

- 3–6 years of UI/UX Design experience
- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, HRTech, AI, or B2B products preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing dashboards and web applications
