Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our remote team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients interested in digital marketing, SEO, website development, and related services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details.




- Negotiate with clients and support the conversion process.
- Maintain and update the sales/lead pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing, SEO, development, and creative teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Track business development activities and prepare regular reports.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and Social Media Marketing.
- Ability to generate and qualify leads independently.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and online lead-generation platforms.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
