We're looking for an SEO & Link Building Specialist who can strengthen our organic visibility through strategic link acquisition, content-driven SEO, and technical optimization.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with 3–4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with particularly strong expertise in backlink generation and off-page SEO.

You should know how to build quality backlinks—not just generate a high number of links—and understand how links contribute to rankings, authority, and topical relevance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to increase domain authority and organic rankings.
- Identify and acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify new link-building opportunities.
- Build relationships with publishers, bloggers, website owners, and industry-relevant platforms.
- Manage guest posting, link outreach, digital PR, resource link building, broken-link building, and niche edits where appropriate.
- Research relevant websites based on domain quality, topical relevance, traffic, authority,



and link profile.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Identify toxic, spammy, or potentially harmful backlinks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, and on-page SEO.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, referring domains, and backlink growth.
- Maintain accurate reports of outreach, acquired links, prospects, and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the content and development teams to identify SEO opportunities.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO best practices.

Required Skills

- 3–4+ years of practical SEO experience
- Strong hands-on experience in link building and backlink acquisition
- Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with Ahrefs / Semrush
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of anchor text, link relevance, authority, dofollow/nofollow, and referring domains
- Experience with competitor backlink analysis
- Strong outreach and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate websites and distinguish quality link opportunities from spam
- Understanding of SEO content strategy and keyword intent
- Good analytical and reporting skills
