Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Performance Marketing Manager (Amazon Ads) located in New Delhi. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Amazon ad campaigns to drive sales and enhance visibility for our products on Amazon.

Day-to-day tasks include creating ad strategies, monitoring and optimizing performance, conducting market analysis, managing budgets, and generating performance reports. The role requires collaboration with other marketing team members to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.

What you will Own

Amazon Advertising

- Full ownership of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display




- Build and maintain campaign architecture from first principles — not inherit and maintain
- Weekly bid optimisation, keyword harvesting, negative targeting, dayparting, and budget allocation
- TACOS target below 8% sustained.
- Active Helium 10 or equivalent use — keyword research, competitor analysis, rank tracking daily
- Continuous A/B testing on creatives, keywords, match types, and bid strategies
- Weekly performance reporting — ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, impression share

Account Management

- Seller Central ownership — account health, suppressed listings, policy flags, A-to-Z claims
- Listing quality — titles, bullet points, A+ content briefs, backend keywords
- Pricing discipline — every active ASIN at correct BAU pricing at all times
- Return rate monitoring by ASIN — identify root causes and fix listing issues proactively

Good to have

- Knowledge of the kitchen products market / prior experience in the kitchen category
- Experience with Flipkart Ads
- Experience with Google PPC and Instagram Ads
