Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls as per the requirement.
- Handle inbound calls efficiently.
- Communicate clearly in the assigned regional language.
- Provide accurate information over calls.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
