About the Company

A leading European manufacturer is building out its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an IT Asset Manager for the desk that procures and tracks IT equipment across its corporate offices and plant floors. The role sits at the intersection of IT, finance, and procurement. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As IT Asset Manager, you will manage the end-to-end procurement, tracking, and depreciation of IT hardware and software across the manufacturer's India offices and plants, and keep spend and inventory data clean for finance and IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement and Vendor Management

- Raise and track purchase requisitions for hardware, software, and IT peripherals
- Negotiate pricing and renewal terms with hardware vendors and resellers
- Maintain vendor scorecards and manage escalations on delivery or warranty issues

Inventory and Financial Tracking

- Maintain the fixed-asset register for IT equipment, including depreciation schedules




- Reconcile physical stock across offices and plants against system records
- Support finance with capex planning and month-end asset reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4 to 9 years in IT asset management, IT procurement, or supply chain for technology equipment
- Comfort working across an ERP and a dedicated asset-tracking tool
- Experience managing vendor contracts and purchase-to-pay workflows
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to a manufacturing or multi-site operating setting
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP's asset and procurement modules
- A degree in engineering, supply chain, or business administration
