Job Accountabilities

1. Ensure Best Practices in all Administrative, Facilities Management area, IR and Legal compliance. 2. To monitor Catering, facilities management, Guest houses, mail management, employees transport services by optimum Utilizations of fleet and arrange hotel bookings as required.

3. To ensure Budget preparation, PR Process, contracts execution to extract highest quality services from the vendors.

4. To ensure all statutory/Legal compliance requirement in respect of contract labour deployed at site and other approvals as required from concern authorities.

5. Arranging & distribution of office assets, inventory monitoring of assets across all locations including shore base.

6. Event management, Employee Welfare and conduct of Employee Engagement activities.

7. Ensure to have all SOPs in all areas of operations for smooth functioning and highest standard of services.

8. Ensure to provide regular MIS, effective feed backs, cost analysis of all administrative services including vendor performance evaluation feedback to Head-HR

9.



Develop and review policies, processes, systems, and infrastructure that enable high contract labour engagement and peaceful IR climate at site.

10. To audit, certify, process contractor compliances, and attend queries from various authorities internal as well as external and Internal/External Inspections / Compliance Audits

11. Prepare MIS on extent of statutory compliances, analyse the gaps and corrective actions to be taken. thereof.

12. Liaise with statutory authorities such as Inspector of Factories, Labour officials on representing issues. connected with the plant.

13. Coordinate with the company Legal counsel on pending court cases, monitor their progress and prepare periodic legal updates on the cases for management reporting.

14. Monitoring Discipline and IR Intelligence for the plan and other associated areas including shore base and port area.
