Role Description The Finance Intern role at Industry Ready Academy is a full-time, in office position based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will assist in analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing basic financial statements, and supporting routine accounting activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and organizing financial information, helping with budget tracking, and contributing to financial reports under supervision. The intern will also collaborate with team members, communicate findings clearly,



and participate in learning sessions to strengthen practical finance and accounting skills.
