Role Description The Technical Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role oversees daily laboratory and technical operations, ensuring tests, analyses, and reports meet required quality and regulatory standards. The Technical Manager plans and supervises projects, allocates resources, and coordinates with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues and deliver timely results. Responsibilities include guiding research and development activities, implementing best practices, managing technical documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring safe,



compliant working conditions across the facility.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex test data as per IS and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proficiency in team management and people leadership, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in providing technical support and knowledge of IS 17025 as basic requirement with ability to learn other IS tested by the laboratory
- Background in research and development (R&D;), including designing experiments and implementing new methods or technologies.
- Project management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple technical projects and meeting deadlines.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor's or master's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
