Role Description

As a Human Resources Intern at Project ZeroCost, you will support daily HR operations and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive experience for team members in a remote setting. This internship role includes assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting opportunities, screening applications, and scheduling conversations with candidates. You will help maintain HR records, support onboarding processes, and assist in updating HR policies and documentation.



The role also involves supporting employee engagement initiatives, coordinating basic benefits and personnel information, and contributing to HR-related projects and reports under the guidance of experienced HR team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote team setting.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms).
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in advertising, marketing, or community-focused initiatives is beneficial.
