Job Description

You will own the end-to-end development of native CRM integrations, transforming customer requirements into production-ready apps. Working directly with founders who have shipped over 300 integrations, you'll navigate Apex, LWC, and HubSpot APIs to build managed packages that pass security reviews. This is a high-impact, founding-team role in a fast-moving, distributed startup.

What You Will Do

- Develop and ship native CRM managed packages and HubSpot apps from initial technical specification through to production deployment and AppExchange submission.
- Build and maintain complex integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, and OAuth flows to ensure seamless data synchronization.




- Collaborate directly with customers to understand integration requirements and translate them into robust, scalable native architectures that pass rigorous security reviews.

The ideal candidate

- Proven track record of building and shipping native integrations, specifically with experience in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, managed packages) or HubSpot marketplace apps.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to work independently in an early-stage, remote workplace across Latin America, India, or Pakistan.
- Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of API-driven products, including authentication flows, data mapping, and navigating third-party platform security requirements.
