Role Description The Clinical Research Coordinator role is a full-time role. This role involves coordinating and managing clinical research activities, including participant screening, enrollment, and follow-up in accordance with approved study protocols. The Clinical Research Coordinator will obtain informed consent, maintain accurate and timely study documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines. Responsibilities include scheduling study visits, collecting and entering data, supporting investigators and research staff, and communicating with sponsors or monitors as required. The role also includes assisting with site readiness, maintaining study supplies, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical research processes within the academy's training and project ecosystem.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in clinical research operations, including Research and Clinical Research Experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in study design and conduct, including Protocol and Clinical Trials.
- Candidates should possess skills related to participant engagement and ethics, including Informed Consent.
- Relevant educational background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or related field (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred).
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements in clinical research.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic data capture systems; prior exposure to clinical research documentation is an advantage.
