About The Role

Join Data Eminence as a remote UI/UX Designer and be a vital part of our dynamic product development team. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Design,



Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field. Although experience requirements are flexible, candidates with 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or relevant internships are encouraged to apply. A strong understanding of core UI and UX principles is essential, along with proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar platforms. Candidates should have experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, with a positive grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. An understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles, along with basic knowledge of accessibility standards, is important. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate design ideas effectively. Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a passion for learning and staying current with industry trends are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs that align with project requirements.
- Design responsive interfaces optimized for both web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across products.




- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and prototypes.
- Participate in usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Identify and address usability and accessibility issues to improve overall user experience.
- Create comprehensive design documentation, specifications, and guidelines for development teams.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
