Role: Property Manager

Exp: 3-5 yrs

Notice period : immediate -7dayas

Ctc: 4.5 - 5.5 lpa

Location: OMR, Chennai

Managing of residential flats and independent houses

Advertising the properties on online portals, Coordinating with the house owners and tenants

Co-ordinating with the maintenance team for the repairs and renovation works

Paying of property & water tax payment

Coordinating with the assistant and executing the works on time

Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.

Interviewing tenants and running credit checks

Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements

Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units





Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work

Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses

Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.

Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties

Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings

Required Candidate profile

Working knowledge of property regulations

Experience as a property manager or in a similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Valuable customer service skill
