About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager – Conversational AI at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will lead the development and scaling of Generative AI-powered products that transform customer experiences across digital and assisted banking channels. You will define product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure responsible AI adoption to drive hyper-personalization, automation, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Generative AI initiatives
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across customer engagement, operations, compliance, and risk
- Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven products in collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams
- Establish success metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous product iteration based on insights
- Ensure AI models are scalable, explainable, fair, and secure
- Partner with Legal & Compliance to meet ethical and regulatory standards
- Design intelligent conversational interfaces and automated workflows to enhance digital banking
- Leverage NLP, LLMs,



and multi-modal AI for personalized customer interactions

Secondary Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Digital Banking, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Support teams for seamless AI integration
- Educate internal teams on AI capabilities and promote responsible AI usage
- Stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and regulatory developments

What We Are Looking For

Education

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant stream
- Postgraduate degree in any stream (preferred)

Experience

- 5 to 10 years of experience in product management, with exposure to AI/ML technologies and digital transformation initiatives

Skills and Attributes

- Robust understanding of Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and conversational interfaces
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable AI products
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance
- Passion for innovation, customer experience, and emerging technologies
