KEY DRIVERS:

- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale Colocation Data Center Projects, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.
- Manage site manpower, assembly activities, Cx L2 to L5 related to equipment, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with GC, consultants, Client and vendors to meet project schedules and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, control site costs, and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, EHS policies, and data centre industry standards.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover to operations with complete documentation and quality assurance.

INCUMBENT PROFILE





- Result-driven HVAC -Installtion & Commisioning specialist with experience leading Air Handling HVAC MEPF Turnkey projects with robust focus on budget & planning control. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end Chilled Water & VRF Systems project lifecycles, including vendor evaluation, procurement, planning, execution, testing, commissioning, handover.
- Well-versed in HVAC AHUs systems and project management standards, with hands-on knowledge of ISHRAE, IEC, NBC, cGMP, and other relevant engineering guidelines.
- Executed and managed AHU,Clean Room projects with full responsibility for cost, quality, and timelines.
