Java Full Stack DeveloperJob Overview

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, React/Angular, relational databases, and modern web technologies.

The role will involve working across the full application stack, modernizing legacy applications, integrating third-party services, optimizing application performance, and contributing to cloud-native solutions. Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Develop and implement microservices and RESTful APIs following industry best practices.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other relevant AWS services.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React or Angular.
- Work with Hibernate, JPA, or other ORM frameworks for efficient database interaction.
- Design, develop, and optimize applications using relational databases and SQL.
- Utilize JavaScript and jQuery for frontend development and application enhancements.
- Develop and maintain JSP-based applications and work with Apache Tomcat.
- Use Maven for build automation, dependency management, and application packaging.
- Analyze, enhance, maintain, and modernize legacy applications while ensuring stability and performance.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, and development workflows.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to understand business processes,



define requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, design sessions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues and provide effective root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Take ownership of production support activities when required.
- Ensure development activities adhere to security, compliance, coding, and quality standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business and technical requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve technical capabilities.

- Willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.

Good to Have

- Experience in application modernization and legacy migration.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
- Knowledge of Git and version-control systems.
- Experience with application performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to cloud security and compliance.

The ideal candidate should be a well-rounded Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend and frontend expertise and the ability to work across the complete application lifecycle.

The candidate should demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, React/Angular, SQL, relational databases, and enterprise web technologies, along with the ability to work on both modern and legacy applications.

Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and production-support skills are essential. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving technologies and business requirements.
