Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and developing partnerships with universities, educational institutions, and other strategic stakeholders to expand Envision's network and service offerings. The Business Development Manager will generate and manage leads, conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, developing and executing business development strategies, tracking performance metrics,



and collaborating closely with counseling and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with student needs. The role also includes attending education fairs, events, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with a track record of achieving growth targets.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management to identify and convert new opportunities.
- Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess planning, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in overseas education, counseling, or the education services sector is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards to monitor performance and follow up on leads.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team workplace, with a learner-focused mindset and commitment to ethical, inclusive practices.
