- Create professional and ATS-friendly resumes for US-based candidates.
- Review and rewrite existing resumes to improve content, structure, and impact.
- Customize resumes according to job descriptions and target roles.
- Write strong professional summaries and achievement-oriented bullet points.
- Identify and incorporate relevant industry keywords.
- Optimize candidates LinkedIn profiles and cover letters when required.
- Coordinate with recruiters/candidates to understand their experience and career goals.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Resume Writing, HR, Recruitment, Content Writing, or a related field.
