- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts to align project activities with strategic business goals.
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation techniques.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Ability to monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Skilled in facilitating team collaboration and conflict resolution.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
