Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading teams delivering large-scale commerce or enterprise applications. 7+ years of HCL Commerce/IBM WebSphere Commerce (v8 required) experience, including customization, business logic, user/order/catalog management, and system integrations.



7+ years of Java/J2EE development with strong object-oriented design skills; WebSphere Application Server preferred. 4+ years of Spring/Spring MVC and hands-on Spring Boot experience building APIs and service integrations. 5+ years of REST and SOAP web services development. Experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern storefront architectures; TypeScript preferred. Strong Git experience and familiarity with Agile development using Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence. Proven ability to lead Agile delivery teams, including a mix of full-time employees and contractors. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
