Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons to senior secondary students (Grades 11‑12) in accordance with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Design, develop, and update teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments that foster analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Utilize modern pedagogical techniques, technology‑enabled tools, and interactive classroom methods to enhance student learning.
- Mentor and guide students for competitive examinations (e.g., JEE, NEET) and school‐level contests.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, provide timely feedback, and implement remedial measures as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members, department heads, and the school administration to promote interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives.
- Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and continuous professional development activities.
- Uphold the school’s house rules, ethical standards, and commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive learning environment.





Essential Qualifications

- Master’s degree (M.Sc. or M.A.) in Mathematics from a recognized university / Bachelor of Education (B.ed).
- Qualified Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or equivalent state‑level certification for secondary/post‑secondary teaching.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective classroom communication.

Desired Experience

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Grades 11‑12) or higher.
- Demonstrated success in preparing students for national competitive exams (JEE, NEET, etc.).
- Experience with digital teaching platforms, smart boards, and online assessment tools is highly desirable.
- Solid track record of contributing to extracurricular or inter‑school mathematics activities (e.g., Olympiads, quizzes).
