Job Summary

We are hiring experienced International Chat Support professionals for a leading Banking process in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and prior experience in international chat support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide support through international chat.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and within defined turnaround times.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow banking process guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and updating of customer interactions.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate and Post graduate

- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Chat Support.
- Candidates should have experience in the Banking domain.
- Typing speed: 50 WPM.
- Typing accuracy: 90% or above.
- Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.




- Candidates should be within the age limit of 30 years.
- Candidates should be willing to work from Hyderabad.
