We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the voice of Recruitly for our international clients across the UK & Europe.
We're looking for someone who is great at communication, tech-savvy, product-oriented, and takes ownership.
What You'll Do
- Own customer communication & troubleshooting calls
- Handle chat support and provide resolutions
- Manage escalations and liaise with the Tech/Product teams
- Track customer requests, issues and follow-ups
- Become an expert across the Recruitly platform
- Help create product videos, tours and support content
- Act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with SaaS & technology
- Solid ownership and follow-through
- Prior B2B SaaS / Customer Success experience is a big plus
- Experience with UK/European clients is an advantage
