Job Description

Opcito Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior GRC Consultant to manage and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance activities, including information security risk assessments, security controls, compliance, audits, and remediation tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in GRC, Information Security, IT Risk, Compliance, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong hands-on experience with GRC processes and security controls.
- Good understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and security/compliance practices.
- Experience in risk assessment, control assessment, audit support, gap analysis, and remediation tracking.
- Solid documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client/project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain GRC processes, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct Information Security and IT Risk Assessments and track remediation activities.
- Support compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and GDPR.
- Conduct security control assessments, identify gaps, and recommend remediation actions.
- Maintain risk registers, control matrices, policies, audit evidence, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with IT, Cloud, DevOps, Engineering, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders for audit and compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external security audits.
- Track risks,



vulnerabilities, exceptions, and remediation plans and prepare compliance reports.
- Support Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management (TPRM) activities.
