Job Description

The Specialist – SAP IBP will join Bristlecone's SAP Planning – Delivery team to design, develop, and deliver advanced planning and forecasting solutions. You will leverage SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) together with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) extensions, Integration Suite, and CX Cloud services to enable real‑time data flows, secure identity management, and robust service management across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

- Develop side‑by‑side extensions on SAP BTP using Cloud Foundry/Kyma, CAP, Node.js, Java, and Fiori/UI5.
- Implement security and identity mechanisms (SAP IAS/IPS, OAuth2/OIDC, XSUAA) and manage service bindings.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines, transport management, logging, monitoring (Cloud ALM) and cost governance.
- Design and deliver integrations with SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and Event Mesh.
- Create real‑time APIs (REST/OData/ODP) and event‑driven patterns with proper error handling and alerting.
- Configure SAP CX Sales Cloud v2 (accounts, leads, forecasts) and Service Cloud v2 (cases, SLAs, omnichannel routing).
- Model data structures, page layouts, workflows, business rules, and analytics for CX solutions.
- Implement extensibility for CX via custom objects, OData/REST APIs, event notifications, and BTP side‑by‑side apps.
- Design and operationalize Enterprise Service Management processes, SLAs/OLAs, and knowledge bases aligned with ITIL/ITSM best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless data migration, synchronization,



and integration across SAP applications.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience with SAP IBP implementation and support.
- Hands‑on expertise in SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry/Kyma), SAP CAP, Node.js, Java, and Fiori/UI5 development.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), OAuth2/OIDC, and XSUAA.
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab, Transport Management, and Cloud ALM.
- Deep understanding of SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and Event Mesh.
- Experience configuring SAP CX Sales Cloud v2 and Service Cloud v2, including data models, workflows, and analytics.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Service Management concepts and ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement real‑time APIs (REST/OData/ODP) and event‑driven architectures.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; SAP certifications a plus.
