Job Duties:

1. Managing & Leading multiple Projects and its teams.
2. Responsible for the timely billing & collection
3. Developing PR with key Customers / PMC / Consultants & Architects / Interior designers
4. Keeping up dated track of all the running projects & if any deviation / issues – updating to management & customer
5. Ensuring all the projects hand over, project closer in system & with client
6. Guiding / nurturing the team
7. Keeping the Project cost control & reporting the project wise profitability to management.
8. Understand and execute the BOQ, BOM, MR, etc.
9. Calculating Heat load.
10. To guide and monitor team of Design Engineers, Draftsmen's to effectively carry out design work for projects, proposals.
11. Review Projects periodically with Project & Design Engineers with respect to technical & drawing progress to identify critical areas and provide requisite solution.
12. Periodic meetings with Clients / Consultants /Regional offices to sort out issues
13. Apply value engineering in projects, proposals to increase Profit margins.
14. Constantly upgrade knowledge with latest developments in HVAC Engineering industry with respect to the technology, equipment, news, etc.
15. Guide project Engineers on Heat load calculations, psychometric analysis, preparation of tenders for HVAC, selection of chillers,



cooling towers and pumping systems.
16. Identifying bottlenecks in each project and providing immediate solution on the same to the execution team.
17. Visiting sites, performing Quality Checks & Audits, interaction with clients, co- ordination with various other engineering disciplines/ vendors
18. Manage & Supervise Multiple projects with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution as well as timely completion of each project.

19. Should have ability to perform under tight deadlines.

1. Preparing and providing various Projects Reports on weekly and monthly basis to the Management and as and where required.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1) Min Education - BE Mechanical Engineering

2) COMPULSORY - 5 to 10 years experience in commercial HVAC Airconditioning, mainly in VRF's/ VRV's, Chillers, Ductables, AHU's, etc.

3) Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

4) Excellent organization, time management and leadership skills

5) Solid knowledge of the HVAC process & project planning including

6) Must have handled multiple Projects simultaneously

7) MINIMUM 3-5 yrs of Team Management experience

8) Positive computer skills including AUTOCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project

9) Should be able to perform under pressure.

10) Willing to Travel
