The Functional Consultant - Dynamics CRM is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with client business requirements. This role partners with clients and internal project teams to analyze business processes, document functional requirements, and deliver scalable CRM solutions that support operational efficiency and business performance. The position acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into system capabilities while supporting requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution configuration, testing, end-user training, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement activities.

Role

- Perform end-to-end business requirement analysis and documentation for Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and align functional specifications with client business processes.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with documented business requirements.




- Support implementation activities across discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.
- Assist with data migration planning, validation, and functional testing activities.
- Develop functional design documents, test cases, process documentation, and user guides.
- Facilitate end-user training sessions and support user adoption initiatives.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolution support during and after implementations.
- Participate in client meetings, project status discussions, and cross-functional collaboration activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts for client environments.
- Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform capabilities and functionality.

Job-related Experience

- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional consulting, CRM implementation, or business application support environments is required.
- Experience supporting client-facing implementation projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
