Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to manage our Business Development team and generate new business opportunities for US Taxation, International Taxation, Accounting, Bookkeeping, and related services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Upwork lead management, proposal writing, client communication, lead conversion, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide the Business Development team
- Handle and respond to recent leads from Upwork, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
- Identify business opportunities related to US Taxation, International Taxation, Accounting, and Bookkeeping
- Prepare and submit professional proposals on Upwork
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Tax & Accounting team
- Follow up with potential clients and convert qualified leads into clients
- Assign leads to team members and monitor team performance




- Ensure timely responses to all new leads and inquiries
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and sales conversion

Required Qualifications

- 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Experience managing or leading a Business Development team
- Strong knowledge of Upwork, bidding, proposal writing, and lead handling
- Understanding of US Taxation, International Taxation, Accounting, or Bookkeeping services
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong client handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and achieve business development targets

Preferred Skills

- Experience selling US Tax & Accounting services
- Experience with LinkedIn and email outreach
- Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
