Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Handle US-based clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and drive revenue growth.
- Identify current business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
- Train, motivate, and support team members.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of US sales experience.
- Proven experience in a Team Lead / Sales Leadership role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and client handling.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
