Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue loan payments and drive payment commitments.
- Understand customer concerns, handle objections, negotiate, and persuade customers to transparent outstanding dues.
- Follow structured rebuttals for common concerns such as financial difficulties, disputes, and uncontactable customers.
- Record call outcomes, commitments, and customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with field and branch teams on daily collection activities and account-level follow-ups.
- Track daily targets, previous-day conversions, broken commitments, and reasons for payment defaults.
- Identify high-value accounts requiring physical visits and coordinate with field teams for further action.
- Track calling, conversion, resolution, and collection performance through Markytics.AI platforms.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on portfolio and collection performance.




- Identify key portfolio trends and provide inputs for improving collection outcomes.
- Reconcile and maintain accurate customer and collection data while monitoring workflow and performance metrics.
