Role Description The Video Editor role at Envision TechSol is a full-time, on-site position based in Mysore. In this role, the Video Editor will assemble and edit video footage for marketing campaigns, product demos, tutorials, social media content, and internal communications. Daily responsibilities include organizing raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, audio, and visual effects, and performing color correction and grading to ensure consistent visual quality. The Video Editor will collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards,



and produce videos aligned with brand guidelines. The role also involves integrating motion graphics and basic graphic elements, managing media assets, exporting content in multiple formats, and maintaining organized project files and timelines.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in video production and pre/post-production workflows, including planning, shooting coordination, and asset management.
- Candidates should possess strong video editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, pacing, and audio synchronization using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Candidates should possess expertise in video color grading and correction to maintain consistent visual tone, style, and quality across projects.
- Candidates should possess motion graphics and basic graphics skills, including creating titles, lower thirds, and simple animations using tools such as After Effects or similar software.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Additional beneficial skills include robust storytelling ability, attention to detail, understanding of social media and digital platforms, time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a technology or digital product environment is an advantage, along with a portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
