Role Description The Client Servicing Executive (Agency) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from brief to placement. The Client Servicing Executive will coordinate with internal teams to prepare and deliver presentations, share candidate shortlists, and track progress on open mandates. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and providing regular updates and performance reports. The role also requires proactive follow-up, documentation of client requirements, and support in improving service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including experience in Client Services and Client Relations.
- Ability to prepare and deliver transparent,



professional Presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Background in Customer Service with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and communication.
- Experience in Account Management, including handling multiple client accounts and meeting service expectations.
- 1–3 years of experience in an agency, recruitment, or related client-facing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or ATS platforms).
- Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in business, communications, or marketing is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to clients and colleagues.
