We are hiring a Process Intelligence and Automation Specialist for one of our esteemed multinational clients. This role offers an chance to transform Finance through process intelligence, automation and AI. You will combine finance process knowledge, data and emerging technologies to identify improvement opportunities, simplify workflows and build smarter finance operations.

You will support transformation across Strategic Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, and Digital Finance & Automation, with specific ownership of the Task Mining platform within the client's Shared Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of the cloud-based Task Mining platform, KYP.ai, across finance teams.
- Manage platform configuration, user and role administration, process-monitoring parameters and operational support.
- Coordinate technical activities with internal IT teams and external vendors within the SaaS and cloud environment.
- Analyse user-interaction data to improve process transparency and identify inefficiencies across Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
- Translate insights into practical process improvements and automation opportunities using RPA, workflow automation, analytics and AI.
- Support integration with the reporting landscape through SQL-based data models, APIs or BI tools.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for the correct interpretation and use of Task Mining insights.
- Act as the local expert for functional, system and data-privacy-related queries.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, report progress and realised benefits to senior management,



and contribute to the wider automation and analytics community.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, process optimisation, digital transformation or a comparable role.
- Strong interest and hands-on exposure to IT, data analysis, process automation, analytics or BI tools.
- Experience with Process Mining, Task Mining or RPA technologies, such as KYP.ai, Celonis or UiPath, is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of key finance processes, including Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report.
- Experience in a Finance Shared Services environment would be an advantage.
- Ability to analyse large and semi-structured datasets and identify meaningful patterns and actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and system configuration; basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, APIs or BI tools is preferred.
- Exposure to Agentic AI and AI-driven automation would be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
