Designation: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Brand Marketing

Experience: 5–6 Years

Job Purpose: We are looking for a Brand Marketing professional to support the execution of the company's brand and marketing initiatives. The role will focus primarily on campaign execution, brand communication, marketing coordination and on-ground implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute brand campaigns and marketing activities as per the approved marketing plan.
- Coordinate execution of campaigns across Print Media, Outdoor & BTL, Events & Exhibitions, Dealer Meets, Corporate Branding and Promotional Activities.
- Prepare creative briefs, campaign briefs and marketing requirements for agencies and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Creative, PR, Digital, Media and Event Agencies for timely execution.
- Coordinate with media partners, vendors and marketing agencies.
- Manage development and execution of brochures, presentations, advertisements, company profiles and other marketing collaterals.
- Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines and communication standards across marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Business teams for their marketing and branding requirements.
- Support execution of product launches, brand activations,



exhibitions and events.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and follow-ups with respective agencies and vendors.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers and activity reports.
- Support the senior marketing team in budget tracking and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with the digital team for digital requirements supporting larger brand campaigns. Required Skills.
- Strong understanding of Brand Marketing and Campaign Execution.
- Good experience in offline marketing, BTL, events and corporate branding.
- Strong agency, vendor and media coordination skills.
- Good creative understanding and ability to prepare effective briefs.
- Robust communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
- Good project coordination and execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and deadlines. Preferred Background Candidates from Solar / Renewable Energy / Manufacturing / Infrastructure / FMCG / Consumer / B2B brands / Advertising / Creative / Media Agencies will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Brand Marketing, Campaign Execution and Agency Coordination will be preferred
