Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish & English) to support our international clients.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Customer Support Representative, Appointment Setter, Client Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience working with US-based clients preferred.
- Prior experience handling Spanish-speaking customers is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Spanish and English.
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments.
- Customer support and client communication.
- Lead qualification and appointment setting.
- CRM management and data entry.
- Follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Administrative and operational support tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular updates.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- CRM and scheduling tool experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
