Flecks Labs is a Hyderabad-based game studio. We build and grow Roblox titles — anime ARPGs, simulators, and more. Our Discord is where our players live, and we're looking for someone to run it properly.

What you'll do

- Own our Discord day to day: keep it active, welcoming, and moderated
- Post updates, teasers, sneak peeks, and patch notes around content drops
- Run events, giveaways, code drops, and community challenges to spike concurrents on launch days
- Answer player questions, escalate bugs to the dev team, and close the loop when they're fixed
- Manage a mod team — recruit, train, and set clear rules
- Feed community sentiment back to us: what players love, what they're complaining about, what they want next
- Support our social presence (X, TikTok, YouTube comments) where it overlaps with community

What we're looking for

- Experience running or moderating a gaming Discord,



ideally Roblox — 5k+ members preferred
- You speak the language of a young Roblox/anime audience and can match that tone without forcing it
- Comfortable with Discord admin: roles, permissions, channels, and bots (MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, etc.)
- Steady judgment on moderation — firm on safety and rules, not heavy-handed
- Consistent availability, including some evenings and weekends around launches
- Transparent async communication with the dev team

Nice to have

- Basic graphic design for announcements and event banners
- Experience with Roblox group management and creator/influencer outreach
- Familiarity with Discord bot setup or light automation
