About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SAP Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT and SAP recruitment, with a good understanding of various SAP modules and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and closing qualified SAP professionals while working closely with clients, account managers, and internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for SAP and related IT requirements.
- Source and engage qualified SAP professionals across multiple technologies and modules, including:
- SAP FICO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP ABAP
- SAP Basis
- SAP HANA
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP Ariba
- SAP EWM
- Other SAP functional and technical modules
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, skilled networks, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screening based on technical skills, SAP module expertise, project experience, availability, compensation expectations, and career aspirations.
- Understand client requirements and identify candidates who closely match the technical and functional requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate follow-ups from initial sourcing through interview, offer negotiation, and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and database of qualified SAP professionals for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with clients, account managers, business development teams,



and delivery teams to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on sourcing, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably with significant experience in SAP Recruitment.
- Good understanding of major SAP functional and technical modules.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing SAP professionals.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, databases, referrals, and networking-based sourcing.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidate profiles against client requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good candidate engagement and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Strong ownership, proactive approach, and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in recruiters who have successfully worked on multiple SAP requirements simultaneously and have an existing network or database of SAP professionals.

Candidates with experience recruiting for SAP implementation partners, consulting firms, IT services companies, or enterprise clients will have an added advantage.
