Job Description: Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic architectures. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has successfully shipped production AI solutions and can architect scalable, secure, and intelligent multi-agent systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Develop scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases and document retrieval systems.
- Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.
- Build high-performance backend services using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on Azure while following enterprise security and identity best practices.

Required Skills

Generative AI & Agentic AI

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years of relevant GenAI/Agentic AI experience.




- Proven experience delivering production-ready LLM solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent.
- Robust hands-on expertise with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.

Python & AI Stack

- Advanced proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
- Experience with async programming, API orchestration, and scalable backend development.
- Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, LLM evaluations, and HITL workflow design.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, or pgvector.
- Exposure to n8n or similar workflow automation platforms is a plus.

Cloud & Enterprise Deployment

- Hands-on experience with Azure (Container Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID/RBAC, Azure OpenAI) or equivalent AWS/GCP services.
- Strong understanding of managed identities, secure credential management, and enterprise deployment patterns.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems.

Agentic Architecture

- Demonstrated ability to design multi-agent systems with tool usage, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and HITL approval gates.
- Ability to clearly articulate architectural trade-offs between deterministic workflows and LLM-driven reasoning.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry or enterprise AI governance frameworks.
- Background in building and maintaining scalable AI products in production environments.
